Students in Mrs. Schalchlin’s fifth grade science class are buzzing to music they have created with electricity. Students have been studying basic circuitry with hands-on experiments as well as using online simulation websites. They worked to make analog devices such as lights and buzzers work, then progressed to digital experiments creating a small working piano with paper clips as inputs to the computers and completing their circuits using themselves as a ground to earth on the Makey-Makey circuit boards.
